The cumersa farmhouse, trulli and courtyards form a house of many moods. A generous sitting room and the barrel-vaulted Long Room offer spaces to gather; quieter corners and fireplaces give the house intimacy.
Three kitchens, a wine room and an orangery add depth to the house. Outside, sheltered courtyards and dining terraces connect the rooms with the gardens.

Eleven en suite bedrooms are arranged across the Masseria and Garden Cottage. Rooms beneath farmhouse, trulli and pagliaro roofs retain distinct proportions and atmosphere.
The two-bedroom Garden Cottage has its own sitting room with fireplace, small kitchen, shaded terrace and secluded plunge pool.
The private gardens
Life opens
to the outdoors.
The main 12 × 6 metre pool sits within the formal garden. The Garden Cottage has a separate 5 × 3 metre plunge pool. A tennis court looks out across the valley.
These private spaces belong to the life of the house, while the adjoining Giardini gives the wider estate another, distinct garden experience.
