The land of Tenuta Pistola, the Pistola Estate, stretches across one side of the Canale Di Pirro valley, in Puglia.  The farm, together with it’s sister farms Petrarolo, and Cavallerizza Nuova produces organic olive oil, wine, and lavender grown on the estate’s 150 hectares where strong sunshine and clement weather results in powerful flavours, aromas and colours.
