Everyone knows that Italian wine is considered some of the best Old Wine in the world.  And for those in the know, Puglia is perhaps the best wine region in the Country.

What is not so widely known is that the Valle D’Itria, where Tenuta Pistola sits, is considered the beating heart of the Puglian winemaking industry.  Thanks to the unique conditions, some of the world’s best wines are grown in these very fields, from grape varieties that have been thriving here for centuries.

Here at Tenuta Pistola we are dedicated to showing our customers the spectacular wines this magical region has to offer. We have handpicked local producers within the Valle D’Itria (and one or two from slightly further afield in Puglia who have some exceptional wines to offer) and brought them all to one place.

Our focus is particularly on classic Pugliese wine made in family vineyards with generations of heritage – most of our partners are 3rd generation or beyond, and all of them true artisans of their trade.
